Our last day in Paris was a bittersweet one! It was by far my favorite day of the trip! We started off the morning going to see the infamous Eiffel Tower. Genuine awe! Spent some time admiring and taking group photos.

We then headed to Sorbonne University to talk to meet some fellow collegiate speech therapy students. We talked all things program applications, courses, and program associations. The students took us to a nearby lunch spot where we got sandwiches and pastries. We took a short walk to a park and continued conversation surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Then, we had a visit to the Louvre! My favorite museum I have ever been to! We saw the Mona Lisa, Egyptian artifacts, and Napoleon’s apartments! Was in complete awe the entire time. We had one last group dinner at a delicious Italian restaurant- Les Artistes Gourmands. Me and the girls had one last venture out into the city. We saw the Eiffel Tower at night and watched it sparkle! Not to be dramatic BUT it was one of the coolest moments of my life!

It was an amazing last day of this study abroad trip! I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Green and Dr. Boamah for organizing this wonderful trip! I’m forever grateful for the friendships and experiences that it brought me!
